The person who explains a module learns it twice. When you teach subnetting to the student next to you, you find the step you were skipping. Stretch Yourself means taking that role before you feel ready for it. Contest mode gives every table a teacher's seat. Sit in it.

Create a Legacy is built into Talent Ready. A class is coming behind you. The flashcard sets, the study guides, and the questions you flag as hardest become the tools the next cohort starts with. Sixteen seniors graduated in May 2026 with an associate degree and a diploma in the same week. The 9th graders who watched that now know it is possible. That is a legacy you did not have to plan.

Receive Gracefully is the half people forget. Help is not a debt. When a classmate explains an item or a facilitator stays late, the right response is a specific thank-you and then using what they gave you. Apologizing for needing help wastes the help.

Situation: A 12th grader finished Security+ and has two months before graduation.

Why it matters: The 11th graders get a coach who just passed the exam. The 12th grader stays sharp and leaves something with their name on it.

Why does teaching a module count as study?
